• Account & order information: name, email address, delivery address, phone number
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe/PayPal; we do not store full card details
• Profile/preference information: sizing, golfing preferences, and selections made via the Golf Style Profiler (jacket, shirt, pants, shoe, hat, glove size, glove hand, putter type) used to personalise your box contents
• Marketing preferences and engagement data: via Klaviyo, including email opens, clicks, and purchase history
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies (see Section 7)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfil your subscription orders, including renewals
• Personalise box contents based on your profile and preferences
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, and subscription status
• Send marketing communications where you have consented (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Improve our products and services
• Detect and prevent fraud, including misuse of discount codes
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

• Delivery/courier partners – to dispatch your boxes

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Some of these providers may be based outside the UK/EEA; where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations (typically up to 6 years for financial records). Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or until our re-engagement policies determine the data is no longer relevant.

Our website uses cookies to operate core functionality, remember your preferences, and measure marketing performance (including influencer and affiliate tracking via coupon codes and UTM parameters). You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Cookies we use

• Essential (always on): remembers your box choice, style profile and cookie choice as you move between pages, and keeps you signed in to your account. Payments are handled on Stripe’s secure checkout, which uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.
• Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used.
• Advertising (only if you accept): the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure how our ads perform.

Analytics and advertising cookies are never set unless you choose “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
